教育背景
2017年7月畢業(yè)于北京工業(yè)大學(xué),獲得工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。美國(guó)中佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)(University of Central Florida)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士。畢業(yè)后在中國(guó)科學(xué)院微電子所從事博士后研究,出站后被聘為副研究員。
